Mr. Jayant Ponkshe, the Project Mentor ensures that each student is exposed to the project execution methodology that the industry uses. Students follow the complete SDLC and experience every aspect of project execution such as requirement gathering, requirement management, risk identification, project scheduling, project monitoring, testing etc. They learn the importance of documentation and quality attributes in project execution. The one of its kind project mentoring initiative at VITA successfully grooms the students as a “software professional” rather than just a programmer. |
